in our showroom.

and grand pianos anywhere else in the country. We have a large
selection of stools inluding adjustable, duet, stools for holding
music books, antique and modern. We pride ourselves on always
having a good selection of pianos and stools.
Among our most popular new pianos are the LOTHAR SCHELL range
and the STEINHOVEN range, which are quality pianos at affordable
prices. Among our most popular used pianos are YAMAHA and KAWAI
range. These pianos are first class instruments and being only
a few years old are excellent value for money.
You will also see on display restored STEINWAY,
BECHSTEIN, BLUTHNER, WELMAR, KNIGHT, MARSHALL and ROSE, CHAPPELL,
BROADWOOD, KEMBLE and many more (see inventory list). Our pianos
range from £595.00 up to several thousand, a selection
to suit all budgets.
We provide an excellent after sales service
to insure complete satisfaction with your piano. Every piano
we sell is prepped and made concert-ready for you. We include
delivery at no additional charge anywhere in Ireland and all
pianos come with a five year written guarantee for used pianos
and a ten year written guarantee for new pianos.
The Piano Centre believes that what you pay
and what you get represents the best value offered, not just
advertising the lowest prices. It is possible to buy cheap pianos,
but not only are we very inexpensive, but when compared, pound
for pound, we offer the best value. Why pay more for cheap instruments
when you can own a quality piano at factory direct deals together
with unmatched services.
Some businesses are forced to pay higher rent,
high insurance, interest charges and management and professional
fees. In order to stay in business, there charges must be covered
by charging the retail buyer more. At The Piano Centre we own
our property. We tune, regulate and deliver the pianos ourselves.
Also as we import direct from the factories we at the Piano
Centre can minimize all these extra cost and expences and pass
the savings on to you , the retail buyer.

EXCHANGE
If you want to trade in a piano, we will view
it and indicate the value, which can be set against your preferred
replacement.
Also if you buy a piano from us and want to upgrade it after
a few years,we will allow you the purchase price of it against
a new one.This makes your upgrade much more affordable.
REPAIRS
AND RESTORATION
As both McClean brothers are concert technicians,
it naturally follows that together with our staff of skilled
craftsmen, The Piano Centre has a complete restoration, repair
and rebuilding service.
If it is water or smoke damage, restringing, action overhauling,
replacing key tops - no job is too small or too large.
PIANO
TUNING
David offers a fully qualified, high-class
tuning service to all our customers. He has prepared and tuned
concert instruments for many visiting international concert
pianists, he also tunes all our concert hires. For house pianos
minor repairs can be carried out in your home. All other repairs
are performed in our workshop.
POLISHING
In our polishing rooms we can restore a piano
to its original beauty with the use of French polish or newly
improved lacquer depending on your preference.
High gloss polyester can be arranged. We can repair or replace
veneers, buff or replace keys and all brasses are buffed up
as new.
PIANO
HIRING AND MOVING
The Piano Centre specializes in hiring out pianos for all occasions
and events. A top quality grand or upright piano can be delivered,
tuned and collected when required, all over Ireland.
Our pianos have featured in performances by
Jools Holland, John O Connor, Phil Coulter and accompanied Paddy
Cole, Finbar Wright, The Three Tenors and Brian Kennedy. We
also hire to R.T.E, B.B.C, I.T.V, the London College of Music
and Trinity College London, and many more. Our pianos also reside
in the homes of The Corrs and many other famous names!
We provide a swift, safe and professional moving service. Stairs,
high rise apartments and distance is not a problem.
